Are you looking for a role in which you’ll create a significant, tangible impact?
Our design studio seeks an ambitious energetic BDR to join us during this exciting period of growth.
For the last 3.5 years, we’ve been running on founder-led sales. Our systems and processes have been constantly developing and refining. They have recently matured. We have a crystal clear understanding of our ICP, a productized service that is beloved by our clients, and a well-defined and validated (at-low volume) sales pipeline.
Now it’s time to scale.
You will play an essential role in expanding the volume of our tried and tested systems.
Working closely with our founder in an opener/closer dynamic, together, you’ll drive sales and establish
our studio as the undisputed market leader within our niche.
Location
You should be based in Berlin, to meet in person from time to time and attend relevant meetups & conferences. However, day-to-day work will be remote.
Responsibilities
- Become the spearhead for our lead generation efforts. Build upon our existing systems by using your knack for identifying opportunities and connecting with potential clients.
- Conduct discovery and follow-up calls, turning cold contacts into warm leads ready for deeper engagement.
- Master the art of the hand-off, seamlessly transitioning qualified leads to our founder, ensuring a smooth continuation of the sales process.
- Develop a deep understanding of SlowLettuce Studios’ core service to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Efficiently manage and update client information using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions and engagements.
Requirements
- A proven track record as a BDR, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations.
- Experience with CRM software and processes.
- A strong desire to deeply understand our services and the ability to articulate the value we offer to potential clients.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving excellence.
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in open spaces.
Bonus points
- German language proficiency
- Previous experience in the digital design industry
- Previous experience as a BDR for a SaaS or tech company
